I am pleasantly surprised with everything about this purchase. Timely delivery. Solid wood chairs. Well made/sturdy. Not made in China (Malaysia- Yay!). I knew they would require assembly– I was dreading putting them together, with the spindles and all… but, they shipped partially assembled! It only took 5 minutes to put one together. The seat and seat back were pre-assembled! Compareable to chairs at local stores that cost 3 and 4 times more than these. I highly recommend.

I bought these chairs for my wife on for her birthday. They looked great and were delivered right on time. I had a question and found the customer service to be excellent. I would definitely buy from Visiondecor again!!

Chairs were shipped promptly and easy to put together. However, once they were assembled they were very wobbly and had to be reinforced with additional nails. Supports under chairs kept popping out (these were preassembled in factory).

The 4 Oak Finish Arrow BSet of 4 Oak Finish Arrow Back Windsor Country Style Dining Chairsack Windsor Country Style Dining Chairs did arrive promptly. Assembly was a little difficult when it came to lining up the holes for the legs which were preassembled in pairs. The reason for my low rating for this product however, is that the cross braces which came connected to the pairs of legs came apart soon after giving the chairs very moderate use. Obviously, the Malasian manufacturer failed to use quality glue to keep the prassembled cross pieces in place. The one star is merited by the decent quality of wood used.
